I recently spoke about enforcement of restraints of trade at a conference. We canvassed recent cases including the jurisdictional issues raised by the Supreme Court in the FMV case. The presentation gives practical guidance on what steps to take if there is a threatened breach of confidentiality or of restraints of trade.
